Low protein rice substitute. Delicious as a side, as a base for a delicious meal, or as part of a snack.

Cooking instructions

Bring a sufficient quantity of water to the boil (2 cups of water per 1/2 cup of rice replacer). Add the rice substitute and salt according to taste and dietary allowance. Boil for 9-11 minutes, stirring regularly.

Store in a cool and dry place
