  • 1 1/2 oz (50 g) FLAVIS Grissini
  • 1/2 oz (15 g) FLAVIS Bread Mix
  • 1 oz (25 g) pepper
  • 1 oz (25 g) zucchini
  • 1 oz (25 g) eggplant
  • 1 oz (25 g) broccoli
  • 8 1/2 fl oz (250 ml) sunflower oil

Method

1 Cut the vegetables into strips and blanch in unsalted water for 30 seconds. Dry well on kitchen paper.

2 In a bowl, crush the breadsticks to make breadcrumbs.

3 In another bowl, mix the Bread Mix with water to form a soft batter. Dip the vegetables in the batter, gently shake to remove any excess, and stir in the breadcrumbs, ensuring that the breadcrumbs adhere well to the batter.

4 Fry in sunflower oil, then place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment and bake at 360°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. Cook's tip

You can add a pinch of pepper, nutmeg, and parsley to the breadcrumbs to give them more flavor.
