An easy and quick recipe perfect for dessert or a sweet meal to start your day
Method
1 Cut the orange flesh into pieces. Peel, core, and chop the apple.
2 Put the apple and orange pieces in a saucepan with the sugar. Cook over a low flame for about 8 minutes until the mixture is fairly smooth. Add a teaspoon of water during cooking if necessary.
3 As soon as the mixture is ready, place it in a sterilized jar while still hot. Close the lid and stand the jar upside down.
4 After two days, the jelly is ready to eat. Open the jar and spread it on the Fette Tostate.
Cook's tip
Store the jar in the refrigerator once opened.
