Mango Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
  • Cooked Chicken Breast, Chopped 3/4 cup
  • Mango, Diced 1 1/4 cup
  • Cilantro, Chopped 2 Tbsp
  • Red Onion, Diced 2 Tbsp
  • Ground Turmeric 1/8 Tsp
  • Pepper 1/4 Tsp
  • Salt 1/4 Tsp
  • Plain Low Fat Yogurt 1/3 Cup
  • Low Fat Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
  • SANDWICH
  • Flavis Hearty Brown Bread 8 Slices
  • Lettuce Leafs 2-3
Preparation
4 servings (1/2 cup)
  1. In a medium bowl add all ingredients for the salad. Stir gently to combine until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add ½ cup of the chicken salad to bread, add lettuce slices and enjoy.
