Sesame Noodles & Veggies

Ingredients
  • FLAVIS Spaghetti 1 Package
  • Sesame oil 3 Tbsp
  • Creamy Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp
  • Low Sodium Soy sauce 4 Tbsp
  • Rice or Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp
  • Onion Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Pepper 1/4 Tsp
  • Sugar 1 Tsp
  • Water 1/4 Cup
  • Sesame Seeds 2 Tbsp
  • VEGGIE SAUTÉ
  • Olive oil 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar Snap Peas, cut into 1 inch pieces 1 Cup
  • Carrots, thinly sliced 1 Cup
  • Red onion, chopped 1 medium
  • Broccoli florets 1 Cup
  • Ginger, minced 2 Tsp
  • Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp
  • GARNISH
  • Green Onions, Chopped 1/4 Cup
  • Sesame seeds
Preparation
Makes 12 servings (1 Cup)
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Whisk together all ingredients for the sauce until combined. Or you can add to a large Mason Jar and shake until combined.
  3. Next in a large skillet add the olive oil, sugar snap peas, onion, broccoli, and carrots. Saute over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, or until they begin to soften, stirring occasionally. Add the minced ginger and garlic and cook for 1 additional minute. Remove from heat.
  4. Toss together the pasta, sauce, and sautéed veggies until combined. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Prep Time:  15 minutes - Cook Time:  10 minutes - Total Time:  25 minutes
