Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Eggplant, sliced 1/4 cup
  • Zucchini, sliced 1/4 cup
  • Red and yellow peppers, sliced 1/4 cup
  • Onion, thinly sliced 1/4 cup
  • Tomato sauce 1/3 cup
  • Flavis Pizza Base 1
  • Basil
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
Preparation
3 servings
  1. In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the eggplant, zucchini peppers, and onions.
  3. Sauté for about 3 minutes, until the vegetables start to soften.
  4. Pour the tomato sauce over the Flavis pizza base and add the vegetable mixture. Garnish with pepper and oregano.
  5. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Top with basil leaves before serving if desired.
